Returns & Refund Policy

At Clarkson Coast, we want you to love every piece you order from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging
    You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to unpaid customs fees.

If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations may incur a fee of up to 15%, depending on the stage of processing at the time of cancellation.
